The Center was established with the noble vision of creating a forum which inculcate a culture of effective research in the field of IPR. The prior aim of the center is to contribute to legal scholarship in the Intellectual Property Law world as India finds itself in the process of more rapid reform than ever before. More in meticulous, the CSRIPR wishes to gain a better insight and glimpse into new and evolving areas of Intellectual property law (such as the protection of software, semi-conductor products and biotechnological inventions, standardisation and technology transfers) and the general problems of patents, trade marks, designs and copyright.

Details of the Job/Internship

The CSRIPR internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insight into the evolving field of Intellectual Property Law. With a focus on both academic rigor and real-world application, the internship is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking necessary for a successful career in IPR.

Internship Duration: One Month - February 2025

Eligibility

1. Law Students: Must be pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate legal studies at a recognized institution, either in India or internationally.

2. Science Students: Those studying in fields such as B. Tech, M. Tech, BSc, MSc, MBBS, MS, MD, etc., can apply to explore the integration of IPR with advancements in their respective fields.

3. Students Interested in IPR: Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law and its socio-legal implication.
