Details of the Job/Internship

FourFold Legal is looking for interns to join their Noida Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and drafting memos, briefs, and documents.
• Support the team in preparing for cases, including gathering evidence and documentation.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings with senior lawyers for practical exposure.
• Contribute to the firm’s publications and newsletters.
• Participate actively in all learning and training sessions provided by the firm.
• Handle any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the mentoring attorney’s cases, including gathering evidence and documentation.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an LLB or LLM program at a recognized university.
• A strong academic record with an interest in corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, or arbitration.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

A competitive stipend will be provided to all interns. The exact amount will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
