The firm exclusively deals in the niche area of construction arbitration, including claim preparation and documentation, pre-arbitral support, claim settlement, and contract advisory. The team also has expertise in various standard form contracts including EPC and PPP.

Details of the Job/Internship

Kabi & Associates is inviting applications for in-office internships from law students in October and November 2025.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and finalising pleadings, applications, replies, and other submissions before Arbitral Tribunals.
• Conduct legal research on arbitration law, contract law, construction law, and related areas.
• Assist in preparing case briefs, legal notes, and research memos.
• Maintain case files, trackers, and databases.
• Draft case briefs and chronology of events for internal use.
• Assist in preparing for arbitral hearings, including briefing and document compilation.
• Perform other legal or administrative tasks as required.
• Attend client meetings/hearings (subject to confidentiality) and take notes.

Eligibility

• Currently in penultimate or final year of 3/5 years LL.B.
• Demonstrated interest in arbitration, infrastructure, or commercial laws.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other documentation tools.
