Details of the Job/Internship
They are inviting applications from law students who wish to intern with them during April and May 2025.
Internship Duration: April & May 2025.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in legal research on intellectual property and commercial laws using SCC, Manupatra, etc.
- Supporting the team in drafting legal documents, including trademark oppositions, commercial suits, writ petitions, and responses to office actions.
- Assisting in IP filings, litigation matters, and court proceedings.
- Attending hearings and client meetings for a practical understanding of legal proceedings.
- Managing case files, compliance tracking, and deadline coordination.
