We specialize in Civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, banking laws, service matters, matrimonial disputes, and labor & employment laws.

Details of the Job/Internship

M. C. Kochhar & Associates invites applications for physical internships for the month(s) of October and November 2024 for law students looking to work in the above-stated fields of law. The internship will be for a period of 4 weeks and may be extendable, subject to performance.

• 1 (one) for physical internship
• 2 (two) for virtual internship

Role and Responsibilities

4 weeks full-time (11 am to 6:30 pm) internship wherein the intern would be required to find case laws, draft various documents/applications, attend court proceedings and draft legal articles on various subjects.

• Regular court visits.
• Exposure to a professional environment.
• Exposure to legal research and drafting of applications and various. documents/petitions/opinions.
• Exposure to drafting high-quality legal articles.
• Internship Certificate.

Eligibility

• Law Student.
• Possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 4 weeks (Extension available on a case-to-case basis).
