Ramesh Tripathi is looking for motivated and dynamic legal interns to join his team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Researching legal issues and precedents.
- Drafting memos, contracts, joint venture agreements, pleadings, and other documents, as well as reviewing and analyzing documents and evidence etc.
- Background legal verification work.
- Assist lawyers with case management and administration.
- Attend meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Assist for title search report for banking.
- Asistent for Documentation for banking.
- Banking law research & documentation for murjure & acquisition.
- Arbitration law research.
- Research on IP & marry time law.
Eligibility
Students in Final Year of LLB(3 Years or 5 Years Course).
