Ramesh Tripathi regularly represents corporate & individuals in commercial litigation matters pertaining to IP Law, Taxation, Company Law matter, and commercial civil suit matters, writ & arbitration against PSUs before the High Court & Supreme Court, NCLT Matters.
Details of the Job/Internship
Ramesh Tripathi & Associates is looking for motivated and dynamic legal interns to join his team in Mumbai. Work would be spread over criminal, consumer, labour, corporate, real estate, insolvency and IP laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Researching legal issues and precedents.
- Physical court visits
- Drafting memos, contracts, joint venture agreements, pleadings, and other documents, as well as reviewing and analyzing documents and evidence etc.
- Background legal verification work.
- Assist lawyers with case management and administration.
- Attend meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Assist with title search report for banking.
- Assistant for Documentation for banking.
- Banking law research & documentation for murjure & acquisition.
- Arbitration law research.
- Research on IP & marry time law.
Eligibility
Students in the final year of LLB (3 years or 5 years course).
