Details of the Job/Internship

Srivastava Law Offices is inviting applications for a 3-month legal internship (unpaid) for dedicated and motivated law students who wish to gain hands-on experience in practical areas of law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Banking and NBFC Regulatory Work.
• Due Diligence Reports (DDR).
• Title Search and Property Documentation.
• Litigation.
• Legal research, drafting, and transaction-based assignments under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year and above in a 5-year course / 2nd year and above in a 3-year course).
• Candidate from Delhi/Gurugram will get first preference.
