Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing and proofreading legal documents, patents, and technical reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Assisting with research and analysis of patent claims and artwork.
- Supporting the intellectual property team in drafting and filing patent applications.
- Collaborating with engineers and attorneys to ensure clear communication and understanding of technical concepts.
- Helping maintain organized records and documentation for all intellectual property assets.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments in intellectual property law.
- Occasionally need to visit Courts/Tribunals.
