Details of the Job/Internship
UniAcco is inviting application for an On-site Legal internship opportunity at their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing Notice, Agenda, Agenda notes, and Minutes of the Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings including compilation of necessary Annexures for the Meetings
- Preparation of Notice of the Annual General Meeting/Extraordinary General Meeting and Board's report of Unlisted entities
- Convening and coordinating Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Body Meetings as per Secretarial Standards
- Maintaining various reports, registers returns and other statutory books
- Filing of various e-forms, reports, and returns and handling all other filings with the RoC/MCA.
- Handling statutory auditor and secretarial auditor with respect to secretarial matters and arranging for Secretarial Audit Report
- Assist in Due Diligence from regulatory and investor perspectives
- Maintaining trackers and MIS repositories of legal and secretarial transactions
- Drafting, Review, and Vetting of all business agreements including Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements, Technology Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Trade Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Influencer Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding etc
- Research on Companies Act, FEMA and other RBI Regulations, UK Regulations, and other subjects as may be required from time to time
