Details of the Job/Internship

Zypp electric is looking for Legal interns to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Interns will be expected to read contracts, deeds, vendor agreements, technology agreement, staffing agreements, client agreement, on-going litigation case files, do research and prepare case notes inclusive of preparing a list of dates, if any contract is expiring.
• Procedural follow-ups from external counsel regarding pending cases to be taken on emails. Acknowledging the advancement of technology, these tasks can be handled via electronic devices so you don't have to hustle in the heat just complete the task while looking at our amazing office space.

Eligibility

• Must be in the 3rd year of graduation or above.
•  Must be residing in Gurgaon or nearby area.
•  Must have knowledge about the company he is applying to!
•  Must have a knowledge about contracts and agreements
