Details of the Job/Internship

SIRI Law LLP is hiring an Internship Program Coordinator to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the internship program, supervising 30 or more interns, and coordinating between interns and firm professionals to assign, track, and review work.
• The coordinator will conduct onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures, monitor intern attendance and performance, and resolve queries while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Responsibilities also include organizing training sessions, schedules, and assessments, maintaining accurate records, preparing periodic performance reports, and recommending improvements to enhance the program’s effectiveness.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with preference for law, HR, management, or related fields.
• Prior experience in program coordination, HR, or within a law firm is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Candidates must have a professional demeanor when interacting with interns and senior professionals.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are necessary.
