Details of the Job/Internship

The CorpTech Legal Shield is hiring an Internship Trainee to assist with legal research, drafting, compliance, and regulatory analysis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft/review legal documents.
• Support data privacy and cybersecurity compliance efforts, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Assist in IT & software law matters, including SaaS agreements and IP protection.
• Contribute to AI governance, emerging technologies, and blockchain/Web3 regulatory compliance.
• Support corporate governance, employment law, and global compliance tasks.
• Assist in contract management and intellectual property strategy.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Law, Technology Law, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, IT & software law, AI governance, and emerging technologies.
• Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
