Nivaaran Law is offering in-office internships for law students or fresh graduates looking for immediate joining in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting of legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and applications.
- Conduct focused legal research on ongoing litigation matters using online and offline databases.
- Accompany senior advocates to various courts and tribunals in Delhi to observe proceedings.
- Assist in case file management and the briefing of senior counsel.
- Participate in client meetings and help summarize meeting minutes for internal records.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the filing of cases and court registry follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB / BA.LLB / BBA.LLB) or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work in-office in New Delhi and join immediately.
- Professional conduct and a proactive approach to learning.
