Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and structuring commercial agreements.
• Conducting legal research across multiple domains.
• Supporting compliance and documentation processes.
• Collaborating with teams operating in tech-enabled and operational sectors.

Eligibility

Strong interest in contract drafting, contract review, and a willingness to learn across sectors such as SaaS, Logistics, Technology, and Supply Chain.
