Details of the Job/Internship
ABFRL is offering a Legal Internship for a minimum duration of one month at its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various corporate and commercial topics.
- Assist in the initial drafting and preliminary review of contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Support the team in maintaining organized legal records and physical/digital documentation.
- Coordinate with internal business teams to assist with compliance-related matters.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries of legal developments, and case notes.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as assigned.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Strong foundational understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week in the Mumbai office.
