Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Devesh is looking for legal interns to work with him in a Remote/Hybrid setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Learning & development: assisting in designing corporate training strategies, creating PPTs, and structuring content on labour laws and Labour Codes
• Drafting: HR policies, employment contracts, handbooks, and legal documents.
• Advisory: assisting on Labour Codes and employment law queries for corporate clients.
• Labour law audits and on-ground compliance assessment.
• Preparation of compliance checklists and legal risk mapping.
• Dispute resolution support: assisting in proceedings before Conciliation Officers.
• Litigation support: drafting writ petitions, preparing case briefs, and legal research.

Eligibility

• Law students (Final year).
• Strong interest in labour & employment laws.
• Serious, detail-oriented candidates willing to work on practical assignments.
