Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Divyank Tyagi is looking for a candidate for the position of Interns at his office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Copious reading, research, writing, and discussions around various aspects of criminal,matrimonial, commercial and corporate laws and including matters related to money laundering, tax evasion etc.
• Drafting & Vetting of Pleadings,Preparing case briefs.
• Legal Research & Due Diligence.
• Legal Compliances with Clients & Companies.
• Allowed to work in an Independent environment.

Eligibility

• Presently pursuing law and enrolled in a recognized university in India in the 4th/final year of a five year degree or 2nd/3rd year of a three year degree.
• Reasonable research and writing skills and have a good communication and drafting ability.
• Dedicate minimum 6-7 hours of focused time in a day for at least 5 days a week.
