Role and Responsibilities
- Draft & review agreements (NDA, Indemnity, Bilateral, Unilateral).
- Support HR compliance & legal documentation.
- Maintain legal databases & records.
- Conduct legal research & assist in compliance tasks.
Eligibility
- Law student (LLB / BA-LLB).
- Strong drafting & research skills.
- Attention to detail, MS Office proficiency.
