Advocate Udai Khanna is inviting applications for an internship position in his office starting immediately.
Duration:
- Minimum 1 month.
- Extendable up to 3-6 months based on performance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing case briefs and research notes.
- Attending, observing, and supporting in court proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse issues of law.
Eligibility
- Law students (preferably in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year course, or final year of a 3-year LL.B.).
- Have a genuine interest in litigation.
- Possess strong research and drafting skills.
