Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Vivek Sood is inviting application for an Internship Opportunity at his office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Ensure you’ve done at least one lower court internship. As I strongly believe that if you aspire to work with a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court, your journey must begin in the lower courts with litgation chambers and law firms specialising in litigation. 
• Understanding how trial courts function, how arguments are shaped, and how facts are tested that’s where true litigation training begins.
• This should not be your first internship but a serious one. 
• My current focus lies in criminal law and white-collar crime (WCC) litigation, both before trial courts, high courts, and the Supreme Court. I also work closely with law firms and in-house legal teams on white-collar defence strategy 
• Special consideration will be given to those who have interned in WCC areas or dealt with forensic, e-discovery or or digital evidence.
• Be clear on why you want to intern here not for a certificate, but for courtroom understanding.
• Selection will be merit-based, focused on prior exposure, writing skill, and your willingness to learn.
