Details of the Job/Internship

ALL IP CARE is offering an internship opportunity for final-year law students and recent law graduates at their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to core areas of Intellectual Property practice, including Trademark Law.
• Assist in matters related to Civil and Commercial Laws.
• Learn and apply the basics of Copyright and Patent law.
• Conduct detailed legal research on ongoing cases and regulatory updates.
• Perform case briefing and summary writing for senior advocates.
• Support the legal team in administrative and document-related tasks within the firm.

Eligibility

• Final Year Law Students or Law Graduates are invited to apply.
• Demonstrated passion for building a career in Intellectual Property (IP) Law.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Effective written communication skills for summary writing and briefing.
• Availability to work from the firm's location in Nehru Enclave, New Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
