ARKS Group Solutions is looking for legal interns to join them at their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in company incorporation and allied registrations.
• Secretarial Audit (Based on Level of Expertise performed).
• IPO Compliances (Based on Level of Expertise performed).
• Fundraising.
• Social Audit / Social Impact Assessment.
• Assisting in the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and filings.
• Research on legal, regulatory, and governance-related matters.
• Supporting work related to Section 8 Companies, LLPs, and Startups.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing CS (Executive/Professional), LL.B./B.Com.
• Strong interest in corporate law and compliance.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research.

Salary/Stipend

Stipend: 8000-12000.
