AUA Airport is one of the busiest airports in the Caribbean region, with 22 different airlines operating into Aruba contributing to processing over 2.5 million passengers per year (pre-covid) and providing air service to 28 destinations worldwide.

Details of the Job/Internship

Aruba Airport Authority N.V. is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern to join their team in Wayaca.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and update Corporate Governance documents.
• Support contract and tender procedure revisions.
• Conduct legal research and draft internal memos.
• Participate in legal meetings and stakeholder sessions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law (ongoing or completed).
• Strong interest in corporate law, governance & contracts.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Papiamento.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
