Details of the Job/Internship

Axlerator is looking for a candidate for the position of legal interns to work with them in remote setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct operational due diligence on vehicles and transaction documents.
• Assist in vehicle profiling and documentation verification.
• Prepare structured operational and compliance reports.
• Review and refine internal documentation and declarations.
• Support day-to-day operational legal processes and internal coordination.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing a 5-year integrated law course (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / BCom LL.B) are strongly preferred.
• Students in their 3rd year or above (or final-year students of 3-year LL.B).
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and structured drafting ability.
• Interest in corporate operations, compliance, and transaction workflows.
• Professional communication and deadline discipline.
