Biocon Biologics Limited is thrilled to announce a 6-month Full-Time Internship in their Legal Department.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on various topics in pharmaceutical law and business.
• Draft and review key agreements in the pharmaceuticals industry, including CDAs, SOWs, Amendment Agreements, Quality Agreements, HCP/HCO Agreements, MSAs, Engagement Letters, Supply/Purchase Agreements, and more.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand legal requests and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
• Prepare engaging PPTs for learning sessions and internship presentations.

Eligibility

• Currently in 4th or 5th year of LLB, or completed LLB.
