Details of the Job/Internship

Black Suit™ is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Dwarka, New Delhi. This on-site internship is scheduled for the May–June intake with a flexible duration of 1 to 3 months.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft various legal documents, agreements, and notices.
• Support ongoing litigation and corporate compliance-related work.
• Conduct due diligence and thorough document reviews.
• Assist in client coordination and meticulous case preparation.
• Prepare legal summaries, reports, and formal legal opinions.

Eligibility

• Law students in the 3rd year or above (5-year course) or final year (3-year course).
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Keen interest in litigation and corporate law.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
