Details of the Job/Internship

Brick&Bolt is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in managing corporate legal tasks and documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal company policies.
• Gain hands-on exposure to legal workflows and corporate governance within the firm.
• Contribute to legal research and the drafting of various corporate documents as required.

Eligibility

• Students currently in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program.
• Students currently in the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
• Must be available for a 3-month duration and able to join immediately.
• Ability to work from the Bangalore office on an on-site basis.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
