Details of the Job/Internship
BridgeCounsels is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Delhi. This is a formal, offline internship program scheduled for March–April 2026, lasting between 4 to 6 weeks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate and commercial contract drafting.
- Work on matters related to governance, regulatory compliance, and DPDP frameworks.
- Support the team in providing AI and technology regulatory advisory.
- Contribute to VC-readiness projects, including due diligence and compliance systems.
- Conduct structured research and provide strategic legal advisory support.
- Adhere to office hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
