Details of the Job/Internship

CashKaro is inviting applications for a full-time internship opportunity at its Gurugram office for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Support compliance checks, due diligence, and regulatory tasks.
• Maintain and update legal documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
• Organize and analyze legal data using Excel and trackers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.

Eligibility

• Law students in their 3rd year (5-year course) or final year (3-year course) from a reputed law school.
• Strong interest in corporate law, contract drafting, and legal research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Available for a full-time internship (3-6 months) at our Gurgaon office.
