Details of the Job/Internship

Cautio is looking for a legal intern to join them at their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements).
• Supporting DPDP compliance and policy creation.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with corporate legal matters.
• Maintaining legal documentation and contract records.

Eligibility

• 3rd–5th year students (5-year law course).
• 2nd–3rd year students (3-year law course).
• Basic understanding of contracts, data protection, and legal research.
• Prior corporate legal experience (internship) is mandatory.
