Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Udai Khanna, Panel Counsel for the Union of India, is inviting applications for an internship position in his office starting immediately. 

Duration: Minimum 1 month. Extendable up to 3-6 months based on performance. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparing case briefs and research notes.
• Attending, observing, and supporting in court proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse issues of law.

Eligibility

• Law students (preferably in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year course, or final year of a 3-year LL.B.).
• Have a genuine interest in litigation.
• Possess strong research and drafting skills.
