Details of the Job/Internship

Commercial Law Chambers is inviting applications for a Legal Internship in Direct and Indirect Tax for March and April 2026 at its office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct tax research and legal analysis.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions and submissions.
• Gain understanding of tax litigation and advisory practice.
• Support dispute resolution strategies with research and documentation.

Eligibility

• 3rd, 4th, or 5th year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
• 2nd or 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Prior internship experience in taxation will be considered an advantage.
