Details of the Job/Internship
CONEON is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Legal Intern to join their legal team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal documents, agreements, and MoUs.
- Conduct legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and recent legal developments, especially relevant to Haryana jurisdiction.
- Support the legal team in litigation matters, including preparing case briefs and liaising with external counsel.
- Maintain and update legal records, files, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and central laws (Haryana RERA, Shops & Establishments Act, Companies Act, etc.).
- Attend court hearings (if applicable) and prepare summaries.
- Assist with internal legal audits and documentation for corporate compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. (3rd year or above preferred).
- Strong interest in corporate law, litigation, contract law, and compliance.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana for the duration of the internship.
