Divanshu Gupta, a licensed advocate and legal consultant in India, began his career with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas at their Mumbai office, where he advised banks and companies on project finance for infrastructure development in India and abroad. Currently practicing in Jaipur, he regularly appears before the High Court, DRT, NCLT, District & Sessions Court, and various other tribunals and fora. Known for his ability to address complex legal issues, he specializes in crafting straightforward solutions to intricate challenges.

Details of the Job/Internship

Divanshu Gupta Law Chambers is inviting applications for internship from law students interested to learn and unlearn with them for the months of August / September / October / November / December, 2025

Role and Responsibilities

• Seek instructions themselves, each day from Advocate Divanshu Gupta regarding plan of action for next day; 
• Update Advocate Divanshu Gupta about tasks assigned to the interns/work progress at least twice a day in person or through email; 
• Always inquire about name of matter/case regarding which a particular research work is being assigned; 
• Update Advocate Divanshu Gupta about the outcome of research/work assigned to them irrespective of any positive/negative outcome; 
• Not to sit idle - volunteer on their own to seek work from the Associate-Advocates as well as Advocate Divanshu Gupta;
• Maintain detailed internship worksheet in a self explanatory tabular form with work assigned, name of case/matter, present day status etc.
• Be available/visible for assignment of work by being the first one to arrive in office and last one to leave.

Law students of all semesters.
