The Center was established with the noble vision of creating a forum which inculcate a culture of effective research in the field of IPR. The prior aim of the center is to contribute to legal scholarship in the Intellectual Property Law world as India finds itself in the process of more rapid reform than ever before. More in meticulous, the CSRIPR wishes to gain a better insight and glimpse into new and evolving areas of Intellectual property law (such as the protection of software, semi-conductor products and biotechnological inventions, standardisation and technology transfers) and the general problems of patents, trade marks, designs and copyright.

Details of the Job/Internship

The CSRIPR internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge and insight into the evolving field of Intellectual Property Law. With a focus on both academic rigor and real-world application, the internship is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking necessary for a successful career in IPR.

Internship Duration: One Month - August 2025.

Role and Responsibilities

Interns will have the chance to contribute to meaningful legal research, engage with leading experts, and emerge with a deeper understanding of the socio-legal aspects of Intellectual Property Realm.

Eligibility

• The Internship Opportunity is open for Law and Non-Law students, students with science backgrounds and most importantly, for students showing keen interest in Intellectual Property law.
• Most importantly, the internship will have two cohorts- National and International- with 10 slots reserved for International students!
