Rural egg farmers across the country, especially in northern states of India like MP, UP, Bihar where the temperature swings in extremes, have a major challenge in terms of keeping the production and quality intact with little or no access to modern technologies, good quality feed, veterinary advice and getting their eggs to a larger audience.

Details of the Job/Internship

Eggoz Nutrition is looking for a Legal Intern to support their secretarial and legal compliance work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliances.
• Support drafting and review of legal documents.
• Maintain statutory records and documentation.
• Help with board meetings and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.

Eligibility

• CS student (Executive / Professional) or Law student.
• Basic knowledge of Companies Act, ROC compliances, and corporate laws.
• Good drafting and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
