Elixir Legal is hiring an Assessment Intern to join their office in Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, and Departmental Correspondences.
• Support the drafting of Writ Petitions and formal Legal Opinions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze relevant case laws.
• Prepare brief notes and summaries for ongoing cases.
• Attend department or court hearings wherever feasible to support the team

Eligibility

• Current law students in their final or penultimate year of law school.
• Strong interest in indirect taxes and commercial transactions.
• Possession of basic legal drafting and research skills.
• Ability to commute to the office location in Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
