Details of the Job/Internship

FINQY is inviting applications for the position of legal intern to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements (NDAs, service agreements, consultancy agreements, addendums, etc.).
• Conduct legal research on Indian and international laws (corporate, fintech, data privacy, etc.).
• Prepare first drafts, summaries, and redlines.
• Maintain contract trackers and document repositories.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants where required.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd–5th year) having knowledge of Law and the ability to understand and apply legal principles.
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues.
• Strong skills in Legal Consulting to support internal needs.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to analyze legal matters critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Educational background in legal studies or pursuing a law degree.
• Proficiency in legal research and understanding of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
