Details of the Job/Internship

Fox & Mandal is inviting application for six-month long-term internship with the Corporate Practice at its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting with transactional support.
• Supporting corporate advisory matters. 
• Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements (including NDAs, employment agreements, and related documentation).
• Conducting legal research.

Eligibility

4th year law student with prior internship exposure to corporate law practice.
