Details of the Job/Internship

Hatch Legal is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Intern to join them in remote mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law, compliance, banking law, intellectual property, and startup-related regulations. 
• Provide insights and updates on legal developments to help founders and investors make informed decisions. 
• Collaborate on developing legal content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. 
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use. 
• Your contributions will directly impact startups and investors, ensuring they remain legally compliant and informed. 

Eligibility

• Pursuing 3rd year or above in a 5-year integrated law program OR 2nd year or above in a 3-year law program. 
• Strong research and analytical skills. 
• High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. 
• A keen interest in corporate law and the startup ecosystem.
