Details of the Job/Internship

Hermawan Juniarto seeking a highly motivated law students and fresh graduates to join their team as Legal Interns with a focus on both Corporate and Litigation practice areas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research, legal due diligence, and document review for both corporate transactions and litigation matters;
• Support in drafting legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, pleadings, and internal reports;
• Assist lawyers in preparing for client meetings, court proceedings, and regulatory submissions;
• Help coordinate and organize case files, evidence, contracts, and other legal documentation;
• Observe and take notes in court hearings, negotiations, and internal discussions as needed;
• Collaborate with Associates and/or Partners on legal analysis and strategic advisory work; and
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and relevant authorities under supervision.

Eligibility

• Final year Law Students or Fresh Graduate from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Have a prior legal internship experience.
• Strong interest in both corporate/commercial law and litigation/dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
