Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting with case law research.
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, written submissions, and briefs.
• Preparing case summaries, briefing notes, and hearing memos.
• Attending court and arbitration proceedings to observe oral arguments.
• Exposure to case file management and compliance with court filing standards.
• Insight into strategy discussions, client briefings, and chamber conferences.

Law students in their penultimate or final year.
