Details of the Job/Internship

Holograph Technologies and Consulting India Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Intern to join their team for a 3-month internship. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
• Support compliance monitoring activities and help ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain and update internal records, registers, and documentation.
• Conduct basic legal research on regulatory and compliance topics.
• Assist in preparing compliance reports and summaries for internal use.
• Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and verification.
• Support the team in policy drafting, updates, and implementation.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of basic legal concepts and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
