IndustryBuying is seeking legal interns for its on-site internship in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and internal legal docs
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial & regulatory matters.
- Assist with compliance, statutory filings & internal trackers.
- Support litigation and arbitration, liaise with external counsel.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, HR, ops & more.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing LL.B. from a top-tier law school.
- Minimum 85% in both 10th & 12th (mandatory).
- Prior internships in law firms or corporate legal teams.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
