Details of the Job/Internship

Initium Law is hiring legal interns for the month of August 2025 to work at their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with matters related to insolvency and the Companies Act.
• Support litigation-related legal research and drafting.
• Participate in legal documentation and case preparation.
• Work under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year.
• Keen interest in insolvency law, the Companies Act, and litigation.
