Details of the Job/Internship

JURAL is inviting applications for an internship opportunity - content writer (legal & compliance).

Role and Responsibilities

Draft content including:

• Company Registration.
• Trademark.
• GST & Income Tax.
• Advisory & Compliance.
• Podcast Studio content.
• SEBI Regulations (RA, IA, PMS, AIF, Stock Brokers, etc.).
• Convert complex legal and compliance concepts into simple, reader-friendly content.

Assist in drafting:

• Blogs.
• Explainer articles.
• FAQs.
• Compliance guides.
• Conduct basic legal research and referencing (Acts, Regulations, Circulars).

Eligibility

• Law students (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B) preferred.
• Commerce / CA / CS / CMA students with an interest in law may also apply.
• Good command over English writing.
• Ability to explain complex compliance topics in simple language.
• Basic understanding of SEBI laws/GST/Trademark/Corporate Compliance (preferred, not mandatory).
• Research-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
