Details of the Job/Internship

Juris At Work is hiring a Part-Time Legal Intern (Remote | 4 hours/day).

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing transactional and investmentrelated agreements, including SAFE, Shareholders’ Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and other corporate governance/compliance documentation.
• Coordinating and managing grant applications, including preparation and submissions.
• Preparation, review, and tracking of investor relations documents, equity paperwork, cap tables, etc.
• General contractual assistance, such as drafting, reviewing contracts, and conducting supporting due diligence.

Eligibility

• You have experience (or strong internship experience) in transactional / corporate law not just commercial contracts like NDAs and Service Agreements.
• You have worked with US / International clients or cross-border documentation.
• Interns are welcome if you have prior hands-on exposure to transactional drafting (through internships, cases, or projects). You will not be trained for this position. Please apply only if you can independently handle transactional contracts. 
• Candidates from LPO backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
• Please do not apply if you have no exposure to corporate/transactional drafting. 
• If you only have experience with drafting and reviewiing commercial contracts like SaaS, Service Agreements, NDA, etc., please do not apply.
