Details of the Job/Internship

Kabi & Associates is hiring a Legal Intern  to join their office in New Delhi. The internship is available for March and April 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the team in drafting and finalizing pleadings, applications, and replies for Arbitral Tribunals.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on arbitration, contract, and construction laws.
• Prepare case briefs, legal notes, research memos, and detailed chronologies of events.
• Assist in maintaining case files, trackers, and legal databases.
• Help prepare for arbitral hearings, including document compilation and briefing materials.
• Attend client meetings or hearings to take notes and perform administrative legal tasks.

Eligibility

• Currently in the penultimate or final year of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.
• Demonstrated interest in arbitration, infrastructure, or commercial laws.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and documentation tools.
