Details of the Job/Internship

Know Your Right Law Firm is hiring a Legal Intern with experience of 0–6 months to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day commercial transactions and client matters.
• Conduct extensive legal research on updated policies, statutes, and government regulations.
• Draft and review commercial agreements to ensure they are legally robust and "air-tight."
• Stay informed about emerging trends in media and technology law to support case preparation.
• Collaborate with senior associates to analyze complex legal documents for stakeholders.
• Prepare summaries of recent judicial precedents relevant to the firm's core practice areas.
• Support the administrative aspects of contract management and legal filings.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Experience: 0–6 months of internship or academic research experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
• Proficient analytical skills for interpreting legal statutes and regulations.
• Excellent writing and drafting skills in English.
• Interest in Commercial, Media, and Technology law.
