Details of the Job/Internship
Kunal Khanna & Co. is inviting applications for full-time interns to join their Intellectual Property Rights team in Jangpura, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting legal notices, plaints, injunctions, and replies.
- Support counterfeit enforcement efforts by preparing reports and coordinating with authorities.
- Conduct legal research on trademarks, copyrights, and related laws.
- Assist in handling digital infringement matters including e-commerce and social media takedowns.
- Maintain case files, prepare briefs, and assist in court hearings.
- Support daily office functioning and client communications.
Eligibility
- Law students preferably in 3rd year or above for 5-year courses, or 2nd year or above for 3-year courses.
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property and commercial litigation.
- Good research and drafting skills.
- Professional demeanor with punctuality and willingness to work full-time onsite.
